The first gated neighborhood the team behind Nulands helped establish was in Syokimau in 2006. At the time, the area was a vast unsettled land but we had the vision that this would be a future vibrant residential area. Currently the area is home to thousands of people who have built beautiful homes. The area is now a much sort after residential area. The ¼ acre units that we were selling at the time for KES 400,000 are now valued at 6M – a 15X increase in value in 10 years.

Some areas render themselves ideal for construction of hotels, lodges, camps, adventure sites and holiday homes. This is due to their location relative to holiday sites such as the Maasai Mara, a mountain or a large lake. One such area that we have investment opportunities in is Siana area near the Maasai Mara game reserve.
